Refund Policy

Ticket changes and refunds

Endcap Live is a sample media company site built on Everlage. The publication, its summits, speakers and honorees are fictional.

The following is the fictional organizer policy illustrated by this demo. A sandbox purchase does not charge real money or create a real admission entitlement.

Email us up to 14 days before the summit and our team will cancel your pass and refund it in full. After that, you can transfer it to a colleague at no charge: email us their name and work email.
